Very impressed with the level of customer service and friendly approachable nature of Jason who we brought my car from. The car was in great condition and he serviced and warrantied the car for 12 months as part of the deal. Left feeling very happy with my purchase and the reassurance that I could return if anything did go wrong, but I doubt it will! Overall, very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Jason was a great help from the minute I messaged him about the car I was interested in till I purchased it.He was very honest in his description of the car and even went to the trouble of sending me videos of outside and inside the vehicle. He arranged for the MOT and service to be done immediately so I could collect the car the following day and all the necessary paperwork/online forms etc were done before we arrived , so we were on the road within about 30-40 minutes. I bought my wife a Ford Focus from cross cars and what can I say. The service provided by jason was exceptional from start to finish. Cross cars are a very honest company. I paid a deposit to secure the car and picked up after a week and the car was cleaned in a showroom condition and everything was explained clearly about the car’s history and I wasn’t forced into buying the car. By far this has been my best experience in buying a car and I would highly recommend cross cars to anyone.
