Buying our fab car from Cross Cars was an easy and smooth process. Jason was very accommodating and went above and beyond to get our extra work done to the car that we had requested, which was done prior to picking the car up. A nice little touch that goes a long way is that Jason had topped up the car with fuel knowing we had a two hour journey home thus eliminating a fuel stop. It was nice to deal with someone on a personal level different to that from a 'main dealer'. I drove home feeling I have got a quality car for a price I'm more than happy with. I would most defiantly 'highly' recommend Cross Cars simply because if you find the right car you will not have a rogue transaction. Well done to Jason.

My old car broke, so I need a car quick. Jason has a car that fit my requirement, so he prepped it for me in a week. Jason picked me up from the nearby town, and the car drives well. I didn’t make any comments about the small details, eg car body and windows was full of scratches, interior was full of crayon marks, front driver mat was missing. I did ask about two things that concerned me. Last year’s MOT had advisory on all tyres cracking, and the new MOT no longer mention the tyres, I assumed they were changed, but all tyres were cracking all the way around, but Jason said, “they still got tread”. And I found two large chips on the windscreen, Jason had them filled there and then. I transferred the money. Jason told me all the documents/paperwork will be emailed to me later on the day and with the invite to rate Cross Cars online. I only got the warranty information a day later, and the receipt 10 days later after a lot of reminding. So I took the car in for some new tyres, but the wheel nut key was nowhere to be found. I have asked Jason to ask his service partner, where the car was services a month ago, no reply. Upon checking all the compartments and every bit of paper for details of the wheel
